We currently deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some remote areas may have an extra delivery charge, and we will let you know if this applies.

Delivery times depend on the product, order size and your location. Mainland UK delivery is usually estimated at 2–4 working days, as we are able to reach most customers and most areas within this timeframe. Remote areas, Scottish Highlands and BT postcodes may take longer.

You will be notified by email or phone one day before delivery with a confirmed 3-hour delivery time slot.

Some items may be delivered directly by our suppliers or a third-party courier.

A signature may be required when your order arrives. If you are not home, the driver may leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place where possible.

Once the order has been delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

Please check your order when it arrives. If you cannot check it before signing, please write “Unchecked” when signing. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

We recommend not booking a fitter until your full order has arrived and has been checked.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, failed delivery attempts, health and safety issues, or circumstances outside our control.
