We strive to keep all products in stock, but availability cannot be guaranteed. This website does not represent a formal offer for sale, and in the event your selected item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or upgrades.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 2 pm are typically dispatched on a 2-4 working day delivery service within mainland UK. For deliveries to overseas locations and the Highlands, estimated delivery times are 5-14 working days. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates, and we cannot be held responsible for delays. Time is not of the essence in any delivery contract, and yumiHome LTD cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from delivery delays. We recommend scheduling installers only after receiving your order.

Signature on Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery unless you have given prior authorization for goods to be left unattended. If authorization is given, yumiHome LTD assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items. Please inspect the packaging and product condition upon delivery. By signing, you confirm that the goods were received in good condition, making it difficult to claim damage from the courier after the fact. Any replacements will require payment in full.
Delivery Conditions
Our delivery is kerbside only. It is the customer’s responsibility to transport the items to a secure location. While drivers may assist at their discretion, they are not required to move items beyond the ground floor or indoors, such as into flats.
For orders delivered by a courier, we will pass along any special instructions, but we cannot guarantee that the courier will adhere to them.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery for orders over £190. For orders below this threshold, standard delivery charges apply.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is available at a charge of £32.99 for orders over £190. To arrange next day delivery, please call 0161 399 1792 and mention that you require next day delivery. Orders must be placed before 2 pm to qualify.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available at a charge of £40 for orders over £190. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be arranged for the following Saturday.
Redelivery Surcharge
If a delivery is missed or an incorrect delivery address is provided (and not corrected before dispatch), a redelivery fee of up to £40 will be applied. This charge covers additional courier costs and administrative fees incurred in rescheduling and reprocessing your delivery.
