However, if you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days in its original condition and packaging (where possible) for a full refund, subject to a 24% restocking fee. Please note that all flooring orders are bespoke items, cut specifically to your requirements, and are therefore subject to this restocking charge.

Returning Your Order To initiate a return, please get in touch with us via email at [email protected] or give us a call to arrange the return process. A copy of your order confirmation or sales invoice must be included with your return. Refunds may be affected if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

Important: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty Products

If you believe your product has a manufacturer’s fault, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it, providing photographic evidence. If a fault is confirmed, you will be eligible for a full refund, repair, or replacement, whichever is most convenient for you.

For faults reported after 30 days, we will assess the issue and offer a solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to withhold any resolution until the faulty product is returned for investigation. Return costs will be reimbursed if a manufacturer’s fault is established.

If the faulty product has been installed and cannot be returned, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions, including arranging a courier pick-up service (subject to a maximum charge of £50).


Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, we will arrange a free collection and replacement. For any other reason for return, a maximum collection fee of £50 applies.
